Terms and Conditions APE77 — Guide Full Member Malaysia

In this Terms and Conditions document, the words "APE77", "we", "Platform", and "website" refer to APE77 and all services, products, and features available through the domain ape77.onl. The words "member", "user", "you", and "your" refer to any individual who registers for or uses APE77's services.

"Account" refers to a member account officially registered on the APE77 platform. "Funds" refers to cash in a member's account that has been deposited. "Bonus" or "promotional credit" refers to additional value granted by APE77 to members based on specific promotional terms.

"Betting" or "wagering" refers to any gambling activity conducted through the APE77 platform, including but not limited to slots, live casino, fish shooting, bingo, and sports betting. "Rollover" or "wagering requirement" refers to the total wagering amount a member must reach before any withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted.

By using the APE77 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms stated in this document, including our Privacy Policy. These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and APE77 and take effect as soon as you complete the account registration process.

To register and use APE77 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years on the date of registration.
• Registering voluntarily in your own name — registration on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Possessing the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not an employee, agent, partner, or immediate family member of an APE77 employee.
• Has never been banned or restricted from using the APE77 platform previously.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid phone number. APE77 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Documents that may be required include a national identity card, passport, or other valid supporting documents.

Each member is only permitted to register and operate one (1) active account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same name, IP address, device, or payment method — is a serious violation of these terms. APE77 reserves the right to close all related accounts and confiscate any winnings or balances without prior notice.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your APE77 account login credentials, including your username and password. APE77 strongly recommends that you:

• Using a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Contacting APE77 support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

APE77 will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. However, if APE77 suspects unauthorised access or fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend the account in question to protect the member's interests.

APE77 accepts deposits via a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including bank-to-bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other payment methods available on the platform at the time.

All deposits must be made using an account or payment method registered under the member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are as stated in the Finance section of the platform at any given time.

• Deposits are typically credited automatically within minutes of payment confirmation.
• If a deposit delay exceeds 30 minutes, members are required to contact customer support with proof of payment.
• APE77 does not cover any transaction fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers.
• Funds deposited into an APE77 account do not accrue interest and cannot be transferred to another member's APE77 account.

APE77 reserves the right to reject or delay any deposit that raises suspicion or may violate anti-money laundering laws. In such cases, APE77 may request additional supporting documents from the member before the deposit is approved.

Members may request a fund withdrawal at any time subject to the following conditions:

• All wagering requirements (rollover) associated with the bonus received have been fully met.
• Account identity verification (KYC) has been completed successfully.
• The registered bank account must be in the same name as the APE77 account holder.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold set by the platform.

Withdrawals to local Malaysian bank accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour during normal operating hours. However, processing times may be longer during peak hours, weekends, or public holidays. APE77 is not responsible for any delays caused by the receiving bank's processing systems.

APE77 reserves the right to perform additional security checks before approving large or unusual withdrawal requests. In such cases, members may be asked to provide supporting documentation such as bank statements or re-verification of identity. Failure to cooperate with this process may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

General terms applicable to all APE77 bonuses are as follows:

• Rollover requirements — Each bonus has a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover rate is clearly shown in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonus validity period — All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses that are unused or whose rollover requirements are not met within that period will expire automatically.

APE77's server decision is final in all technical disputes.

• Wins obtained through exploitation of software bugs or technical vulnerabilities are invalid and will be voided.

Violation of any of the above conduct rules may result in an official warning, temporary account suspension, or permanent account termination depending on the severity of the breach. In cases involving illegal activity, APE77 reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

APE77 values the privacy and security of every member's personal data. The collection, use, and storage of member personal data is governed by APE77's Privacy Policy, which forms part of this terms agreement. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

APE77 collects personal information required for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and completion of mandatory KYC processes.
• Processing of financial transactions (deposits and withdrawals).
• Account-related communications, promotions, and service updates.
• Fraud prevention and compliance with legal requirements.
• Enhancement of user experience and platform services.

Members' personal data will not be sold, lent, or disclosed to third parties without the member's written consent, except where required by law, court order, or legitimate regulatory compliance obligations. APE77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term within this document.
• Suspected of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Registering multiple accounts or providing false information during registration.
• Failure to meet identity verification (KYC) requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.

In the event of account termination due to a terms violation, APE77 reserves the right to forfeit all fund balances, bonuses, and wins held in the account in question. APE77's decision regarding account termination is final and cannot be contested except through the designated official complaints channel.

APE77 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling, whether using personal funds or bonus funds.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, cyberattacks, or events beyond APE77's control (force majeure).
• Unauthorised access to a member's account due to the member's negligence in protecting their login credentials.
• Transaction processing delays caused by third-party systems such as banks or payment providers.
• Inaccuracies in information provided by third-party data providers, such as sports statistics and match results.

APE77 strives to keep the platform running smoothly and uninterrupted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, there is no guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption or technical errors. APE77 will endeavour to notify members promptly of any planned maintenance or service disruptions.

APE77 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the APE77 website. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the APE77 platform after any amendment to the terms is published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through APE77's official complaint channels. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to refer the dispute to binding arbitration.
